Pretreatment Applicable oil: soybean, rice bran, sunflower, rapeseed, cottonseed, walnuts, corn germ, peanuts, copra, castor bean, palm kernel, palm nuts, sesame, olive and the like.

Raw material

It can be used for oil extraction from peanut kernel, sunflower seed kernel,cotton seed, soybeans, rapeseed,safflower seed,castor seed and other oil crops.

Working priciple

The Motor offers power to Hydraulic Box to squeeze the kinds of materials up and down in the kettle, through the Control System control the working pressure and temperature, stop working when the pressure over the set point(60mpa) automatically, when the pressure reduces to about 50mpa the machine will work again, this cyclic processing can squeeze materials roundly and improve the oil yield.

The oil yield depends on oil content of your material.If the oil content of your material is high,you can get more essential oil. The oil residual of our small hydraulic oil press machine, cold press virgin coconut/avocado/olive oil extraction extracting machine is 1%
Can I use the machine to extract several kinds of raw materials?
Yes,of course. such as sesame, sunflwoer seeds, soybean, peanunt, coconut, etc
Can I do extraction test with my own raw material?
Yes,of course.We can do extraction test and send you videos and test report for your Reference.
