This screw cold&hot press series can process sesame seed, rapeseed, peanut, soybean, cottonseed, almond, Tung-oil seed, sunflower seed, tea seed, walnut, caster seed, Perillaseed , Hazelnut,oil palm, oil olive, avocado, pomegranate seed , pistachio nut, neem seed, coconut, totally about 150 types of seeds , nuts,beans , fruits and oil crops;

Raw material

Crushing peanuts,sesame, pumpkin seeds, linseed, mountain seed, cocoa bean, coffee bean, pepper seeds, walnuts, tea seed, castor, camellia, pumpkin seeds, nuts, olive, black seed, walnut, animal oil fat, almond and other oil crops.

Working priciple

1.Material enters the extruding chamber from the hopper.
2.There is quite strong friction among press screw, chamber and the oil materials.
3.Root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from one end to the other.
4.Last,helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil’s elasticity, resulting in high oil.
