This small screw press is an advanced oil press, which has the characteristics of high oil yield, good quality, simple design and continuous operation. Oil press can be used for more than 20 kinds of raw materials, such as sesame, walnut, rapeseed, sunflower, soybean, castor seed, pumpkin seed, sauna seed, almond, nut, hazelnut, coconut seed, etc.

Raw material

Crushing peanuts,sesame, pumpkin seeds, linseed, mountain seed, cocoa bean, coffee bean, pepper seeds, walnuts, tea seed, castor, camellia, pumpkin seeds, nuts, olive, black seed, walnut, animal oil fat, almond and other oil crops.

Working priciple

Automatic Cold Pressed Oil Extraction Castor Walnut Press Palm Refining Groundnut Peanut Oil Making Oil Expeller Machine is to separate the oil from oil bearing materials by the pressing power which comes from the change of chamber volume, drive from screw worm, resistance of curve teeth at press rings and extrusion friction between oil materials. Under the big pressure created in press chamber, the oil can be discharged from gap of press bars and oil trough of press rings. Either big scale and small scale of oil press machine, they have similar theories in screw expeller pressing. Because the screw type oil press machine is mainly used by extrusion theory, so it is also called as oil extruder or oil extrusion process.

Advantage

1 sesame seeds: before entering the press will be the seeds of coffee color is better, (observe the seed color with the hands of Pi Niekai), there are burst phenomenon, stir fry seeds to keep two small fire, the middle of the fire. 4 Cottonseed Kernel: before entering the squeeze oil to light yellow, temperature 120-130 C, water 1.5-2.5%, cake thickness 1-1.5 (south, north of the water is not a, proper control of water). 80-100 C, water 6-8%, every time the cake thickness 1.5-2mm, second times the cake thickness 0.7mm, but the two times the yield will be decreased.
5 sunflower: raw material to be selected, the raw water before the seed soaking, medium heat and stir fry seeds, the pressing temperature 120-130 degrees Celsius, water 1-2%.
6. Soybean: pressing before fry to burst edible, 120-130 degrees Celsius temperature, moisture 1.5-2.8%, cake thickness 0.7mm, dry again, but again dry cake material too coke, the protein loss is larger. Can be used to process two times dry, soybean fry six or seven mature, pressing temperature

A7: If only pressed, oil residue inside cake is very high at lease 6%. But after extraction, the oil residue will be less than 1%, which greatly increases the oil yield.
Q8: Vegetable oil plants require how large of a workspace?
A8: The land area typically depends on the capacity of the plant. We can suggest an appropriate space to prepare after given specifications, or, can design the oil plant in-house specifically to the amount of workspace available.
