Raw material

This screw cold&hot press series can process sesame seed, rapeseed, peanut, soybean, cottonseed, almond, Tung-oil seed, sunflower seed, tea seed, walnut, caster seed, Perillaseed , Hazelnut,oil palm, oil olive, avocado, pomegranate seed , pistachio nut, neem seed, coconut, totally about 150 types of seeds , nuts,beans , fruits and oil crops;

Working priciple

1.Material enters the extruding chamber from the hopper.
2.There is quite strong friction among press screw, chamber and the oil materials.
3.Root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from one end to the other.
4.Last,helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil’s elasticity, resulting in high oil.

YL-60series oil press machine is advanced screw oil press machine , characterized by the simple design , easy to use , wide suitability and continuous operation ,high production capacity and high oil output rate . Moreover , this kind of machine can be used for various raw materials . And depending on the oil content of particular crop you are pressing , the machine will extract about 90%-95% of it . So for cnola and sunflower seeds , you will get about 300kg oil for per ton raw materials . And the remain cake are mostly used for animal feed
