This Screw oil extraction machine for peanut soybean cottonseed making cooking oil processing machine is suitable for rapeseed,mustard, peanut, soybean, sunflower, coconut, flaxseed, sesame seed, cotton seed, tea seed, walnut, corn germ, rice bran and soon.

Working priciple

The Motor offers power to Hydraulic Box to squeeze the kinds of materials up and down in the kettle, through the Control System control the working pressure and temperature, stop working when the pressure over the set point(60mpa) automatically, when the pressure reduces to about 50mpa the machine will work again, this cyclic processing can squeeze materials roundly and improve the oil yield.

1. High oil yield, low oil residual in cake. The oil left in cake is less than 6%; The cake thickness can be adjusted when machine stops running;
