Raw material

various materials: sesame, walnut, chestnut, cashew, pine nuts, baobab seed, cocoa butter, Argan nuts, avocados, olives, grape seeds, camellia seeds, prickly pear seeds etc.

Working priciple

Magnitic seperating:In order to remove the metal impurities, so that can prevent damaging the equipment and occuring safety accidents.
Cleaning: To remove the imourities in the raw matrial such as soil, stem and leaf, hull and moldy seeds.
Husking: In order to improve the oil yielding rate and the quality of crude oil and meal, reduce the wear to the equipment, the hull must be removed.
Cooking: This processing can improve prepressing oil yielding rate and the quality of the cake, adjust the moisture, temperature and plasticity of the flake.
Prepressing:To squeeze out part of the oil in the raw material, and improve extracting effect.

Advantage

1 sesame seeds: before entering the press will be the seeds of coffee color is better, (observe the seed color with the hands of Pi Niekai), there are burst phenomenon, stir fry seeds to keep two small fire, the middle of the fire. 5 sunflower: raw material to be selected, the raw water before the seed soaking, medium heat and stir fry seeds, the pressing temperature 120-130 degrees Celsius, water 1-2%.
6. Soybean: pressing before fry to burst edible, 120-130 degrees Celsius temperature, moisture 1.5-2.8%, cake thickness 0.7mm, dry again, but again dry cake material too coke, the protein loss is larger. Can be used to process two times dry, soybean fry six or seven mature, pressing temperature
